These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RKT AI Readiness Assessment Platform operated by RKT Consulting AS, Oslo, Norway (“RKT Consulting”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.
The RKT AI Readiness Assessment Platform is designed to help organisations evaluate their readiness for artificial intelligence adoption across areas including AI strategy, governance, security, data, infrastructure, observability and operational readiness.
The platform uses assessment responses, automated scoring and AI-assisted analysis to generate readiness scores, insights, observations and recommendations.
You must provide accurate account information and use the platform only for lawful business or professional purposes.
If you complete an assessment on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the assessment information and use the platform on behalf of that organisation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.
You should not submit personal, confidential, classified, customer-identifiable, security-sensitive or regulated information through the assessment.
Assessment responses should reflect general organisational practices, capabilities and maturity levels.
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the platform is accurate and that you have the necessary authority to provide it.
The platform uses automated scoring and AI-assisted analysis to generate assessment insights and recommendations.
AI-generated outputs may contain limitations, inaccuracies or observations that require further validation.
Assessment outputs should be reviewed using appropriate professional judgement and considered in the context of your organisation's business, technical, security and regulatory environment.
The platform is an informational and advisory decision-support tool.
Assessment results, scores, reports and recommendations do not constitute:
Use of the platform does not guarantee AI readiness, regulatory compliance, security maturity or successful implementation of AI initiatives.
Certain platform features, including detailed AI Readiness Reports, may require payment.
Prices and applicable features are displayed before purchase.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another authorised payment service provider. RKT Consulting AS does not intend to directly store full payment card details within the assessment platform.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, fees for reports that have been generated and made available to the user are non-refundable.
Assessment responses and generated report data are retained for up to 24 hours after report generation to allow users to access and download their assessment results.
After this retention period, assessment responses and generated report data are automatically deleted from the assessment platform.
Users are responsible for downloading and retaining copies of purchased reports within the available access period.
Certain account, transaction, payment, security and audit records may be retained separately where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security or service administration purposes.
The platform, assessment methodology, scoring framework, platform design, reports, content and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to RKT Consulting AS.
You may use generated assessment reports for your organisation's internal business purposes.
You may not reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, systematically extract or commercially exploit the assessment methodology, scoring logic or platform without prior written permission from RKT Consulting AS.
We aim to maintain reliable platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform where necessary for maintenance, security, legal, technical or business reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RKT Consulting AS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses resulting from reliance on assessment scores, AI-generated recommendations or decisions made based on platform outputs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, unlawful activity, a security threat or a material violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the platform, legal requirements or business practices.
The current version and its last updated date will be published on the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Norwegian courts, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
