All MEERAKSH AI purchases are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Where applicable law provides customers with a statutory right of withdrawal, that right is not excluded by this policy.
If you request that the paid MEERAKSH AI service begins immediately, before the end of any applicable withdrawal period, you acknowledge that the service may begin immediately.
Where permitted by applicable law, if you subsequently exercise a right of withdrawal after the service has started, RKT Consulting AS may be entitled to charge for the part of the service that has already been provided.

We do not provide discretionary refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after the purchased service has been fully delivered.
This does not affect any statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

If you purchase the Report + Consultation option, the consultation forms part of the purchased service.
If cancellation occurs after the consultation has been provided, any applicable refund or charge will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
